Terms of Service
Agreement
By accessing https://importer.imrandev.bd or installing AI Product Importer Pro on a Shopify store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Imran Ahmed (imrandev.bd).
The service
AI Product Importer Pro helps merchants analyze product or collection URLs, apply import rules, and create products in their Shopify catalog. Features, plan limits, and pricing may change. Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing.
Your responsibilities
- You must have rights to scrape and import content from any URL you submit (including images, descriptions, and trademarks).
- You are responsible for compliance with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, local laws, and the terms of source websites.
- You must not use the App to infringe copyright, spam, or abuse third-party sites.
- Imported prices use your Shopify store currency; verify amounts before publishing.
Accounts & billing
Free and paid plan limits reset monthly (UTC) as described in the App. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellations are managed in Shopify admin. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Shopify or applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App and website materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Scraping results depend on source sites and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imran Ahmed / imrandev.bd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the App or inability to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location, except where Shopify merchant agreements require otherwise.
