Privacy Policy

Introduction

AI Product Importer Pro ("the App") is developed by Imran Ahmed (imrandev.bd). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://importer.imrandev.bd or install the App on a Shopify store, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Shopify shop data — shop domain, session tokens, and product catalog data needed to create or update products you choose to import.
• Import activity — source URLs, import job history, usage counts for plan limits, and optional settings you save (for example default price rules or AI API keys you provide).
• Contact details — if you email or message us, we receive the information you send (name, email, phone, message).
• Technical logs — basic server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and reliability.

How we use data

• Authenticate your Shopify store and run the App.
• Scrape product pages you submit and create products in your store.
• Enforce subscription / usage limits and billing via Shopify.
• Respond to support requests and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal or shop data to third parties.

Third parties

The App runs on Shopify's platform and uses Shopify Billing. When you install the App, Shopify's own privacy terms also apply. Source websites you scrape are third-party sites outside our control.

Data retention & deletion

Shop data is retained while the App is installed. When you uninstall, or when Shopify sends a mandatory GDPR webhook (shop/redact, customers/redact), we delete associated shop records as required.

Security

Access is protected with Shopify OAuth, HTTPS, and session storage. Optional AI keys you save are used only to call the providers you configure.
